From the clatter of the builders’ tools sculpting the majestic cathedral to the play of light sublimating the stained-glass windows for which it is famous, each tableau invites visitors to take a journey through the ages.

The coronation of Henri IV resonates in the cellar, while the shadow of Jean Moulin recalls the dark and heroic hours of the Resistance. Guided by the emblematic figures of Fulbert, General Marceau and Charles Péguy, the spectator travels through the great stages of Chartres’ history, sublimated by 360° projections, striking reconstructions and enveloping spatialized sound.

Every detail of the 12th-century architecture becomes the medium for a vibrant narrative, where the magic of light and technological innovation merge with the authenticity of heritage.
